It takes a couple of days to get a response, but I think that’s because they are in another time zone. They sent me the necessary rods to get the height I needed for my 15’ ceiling. It would be nice to be able to order the additional rods at the time of purchase so everything arrives at the same time. My electrician had it up in no time at all. I purchased GE G40 soft white globes and I got exactly the look I wanted. The final product is a more polished and sophisticated fixture. The base of the bulb is a standard size. I tried the G25 Edison bulbs first that are on the listing pictures, but they looked too small and disproportionate to the frame. The frame itself is very light and the rods skinny. The product is priced right for what you are getting. I also ordered the Modket gold satin brass long pulls for my new laundry room cabinets and they are about a perfect match to the fixture. They are light weight by my carpenter installed them with no issues. The fixture also comes in a larger size as well.
