The chalk paint will also chip off if you aren't careful with them. Super easy to clean. Be sure to take care of the rubber rings for the spout so it won't leak.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Has anyone ever used this to dispense liquid laundry detergent?**
A: Never heard of anyone doing that.  This would be a very fancy dispenser, though. Before you buy this maybe you should buy the smaller less expensive one from one of the mart stores first, just to see if the spout will release something as thick as liquid detergent.

**Q: Is the spout plastic or stainless steal?**
A: The jug comes with a plastic spout. I bought the stainless steel spout and I'm glad I did. Worth it in my opinion.

**Q: What is the actual dimensions?**
A: The overall height of the metal stand is 7.5". The legs are approximately 7.25"  apart. The shelf that the jar sets on is 5.5" for the bottom (or 2" below the top of the metal stand.)  With the glass container on the stand the overall height is 15".

**Q: Can you change the plastic spigots to metal ones?**
A: Yes! I bought the Oakleaf metal and they fit perfectly.

The set is cute and looks like the picture. I’ve only used it once as part of a lemonade bar and it worked great. It doesn’t appear to be the best quality so I don’t expect it to last very long.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Loved them but they leaked

These drink dispensers were very stylish and added an impressive oomph to my party. But at first use, one of them leaked at the faucet. In the past, for me, all such drink dispensers broke in some way coz the faucets are so delicate. I ventured into these coz of the amazing style and the stand they rest upon. For a short term use I would buy them again; but it’s a pain to have to return them like I did due to the leaky faucet. It’s all luck: the sturdiness you will get. Also the price is a bit high but I did like the glass mason jar look and the stand they came with. If you can afford them, they are really gorgeous. I was sad to have to return them but in hindsight I think it was priced too high (all such stylish drink dispensers are priced high from what I have observed). I may just go with glass or bpa free plastic pitchers for my party drinks in the future.
