Review: Good Yo-Yo for $5. Solid Yo-Yo for those starting to learn how to Yo-Yo - I was a kid back in the 90s and had an Original Butterfly back then. I thought it was the best Yo-Yo I owned at the time. I had a lot of crappy Duncan Yo-Yos as a kid until I got the Original Butterfly. This version of the Butterfly, the Butterfly XT, is the 3rd version of the Butterfly that Duncan has made. They had a 2016 version that is similar to this new 2019 Butterfly XT. Both the 2016 and 2019 versions look similar in terms of body design, but they have different cap art. I enjoyed playing with the new 2019 Butterfly XT. It is able to do the basic tricks I was able to do as a kid, which were: 1.Sleep the Yo-Yo 2. Walk the Dog 3. Rock the Cradle 4. Around the World In terms of what YouTubers can do this Yo-Yo can also do advanced tricks. It's not a competition Yo-Yo, or a Yo-Yo to do really crazy stuff on, but it will get the job done on many tricks. From beginner tricks to advanced ones, and it only costs $5, which is insane. If you want something more advanced the Duncan Hornet is $12.99, so there are other higher-end options out there, but if you're looking for a solid cheap Yo-Yo the Butterfly XT should be able to hold you over for hours on end.

I was a kid back in the 90s and had an Original Butterfly back then. I thought it was the best Yo-Yo I owned at the time. I had a lot of crappy Duncan Yo-Yos as a kid until I got the Original Butterfly. This version of the Butterfly, the Butterfly XT, is the 3rd version of the Butterfly that Duncan has made.
