What is that? Creatine?** A: I don't know but I mix up the tail end so I get everything. Also performance enhancement says 3-6mg/kg so I weigh 180lbs (81.6kg) so that would be 240-480mg caffeine for me a day so 300 isn’t too much for average weight assuming you have no medical conditions as to where your dr says no caffeine. **Q: Is pre advanced better than c4 ultimate?** A: I have only used C4 once. Years ago I use the original/basic formula, and though it gave me a boost, it wasn’t enough to get me through my 2 to 2 1/2 hour workouts. Now that I’m starting over I’m only exercising for 30 minutes or so and find a whole scoop to be way too much. Hours after I was still feeling the intensity of the formula. Also do not take any afternoon or evening - mornings only. I took mine in the afternoon. It is now late in the evening and I am still feeling “wired” . If you found that you’ve taken too much don’t panic. Either eat something and/or drink a lot of water to flush out the pre-workout out of your system. It really REALLY gives you the umph you need to get through your workout. It isn’t the best tasting stuff, but as far as pre-workouts are concerned, the flavor is pretty good.
