I purchased the 27.6" size and was surprised at how big it is. It is a replacement for one with similar specs that was actually much smaller. It is super easy to set up--slide 6 support posts in from the bottom and inflate the top rim. As much as I love this tub, I bought it primarily for my husband, but it just doesn't work for him with his height. He is 6' 2" and he has very long legs. He also has knee issues, so he knelt in the water, but couldn't sit down and his knees were hurting badly. I had to help him to get out. So as not to waste all that hot water, I got in and and after a soak, my body felt wonderful. I already have a bathtub which is too short for the hubby, so will continue to use that. The size and descriptions were accurate.The plugs can be a little tricky. First time I use this I was actually sitting on the drain hose.The posts don’t actually lift it off the ground when it’s filled with water so be sure to have the hose already in the drain.The posts are a little close together and they do tend to jump me in the back and make it a bit uncomfortable.
