I usually order a half or full size up from my normal size 10 and got a 10.5 in this one. Fit was good for my slightly wide foot with no heel slippage. Even without much in the way of padding or arch support, I find these easy to wear/comfortable for "light walking" situations like work. Only issue is that the mid-sole gapes a bit when walking in part because the leather is soft/flexible.
