So angry as it cost me £18.60 for return postage. Not happy and will not order with this company again and my bank sent me that day a text message that there was an issue with my bank card and they were going to send me a replacement card out!!! They are flimsy and the heel rolls while standing and walking. The size chart had me in a 7. I ordered a 7.5 and my heels are hanging off. They smell of burnt rubber. You could get better quality shoes at the beauty supply. Im very upset because they are beautiful but def useless as they are not wearable. The label on the bottom of the show reads "40."I prefer to wear a size 8W. This gives me the most comfortable fit. However, since 8W is not often offered, I will buy size 8.5 to accommodate the width of my feet. I then have to add thick gel heel inserts in the back to stop my heel from popping out, which will happen without the insert. Based on the reviews by others, I bought Size 9. I think they fit perfectly. The toe box area is made of a very soft material and began stretching within a few hours. My foot is 9.5 inches long, if that helps. I just have to state how darn sexy these slippers are. I am wearing them at the office, which is carpeted. They look exactly as pictured. I am ordering a second pair in size 9 (40) to use around the house, which is tiled. I wish the green, pink, and white pairs came in 9 as well. If they did, I would buy one in each color.
