Review: 10/10 - All I can say is wow! I’ve used other brands’ benzoyl peroxide products and this is the one that really worked for me. I apply it morning and evening, also noticed that I don’t need moisturizer because it does not dry out/irritate my skin like I thought it would. What is really interesting about this gel is that it is somewhat sticky, which other people may not like, but it makes it easy to layer tinted SPF on top of it kind of like the elf Power Grip Primer I used to use. I get cystic acne often, so it was extremely hard for me to not pick at them. Ever since I started using this though, I haven’t found the need to pick my face once. It seems like the acne and picking wounds I had quickly healed, while preventing acne too. The only thing about wearing it during the day is that it will make your spots flake but I know that is just part of the healing process and it doesn’t even last for more than a day! I apply it onto my shoulders and chest too where I would get acne and it gives a glowy, healthy skin look. If you’re thinking of buying, try it and see for yourself! :)

**Q: How long until you see results??**
A: You may notice an improvement in as little as 5 days (Br. J. Dermatol. 106, 91–94 (1982)), and you may reach your maximum improvement after 8 to 12 weeks (J. Am. Acad. Dermatol. 74, 973.e1 (2016)). Benzoyl peroxide 2.5% starts working just as fast as higher concentrations but with less irritation (Br. J. Dermatol. 170, 559 (2014)).

**Q: Can you leave it on during the day? Or layer with moisturizer and spf?**
A: Yes you can leave it on during the day or night and later with sunscreen and/or moisturizer. 
Don’t layer with Beta Hydroxy Acid or it can be too irritating.
Also don’t layer with Retinol or Retin-A.

**Q: is this good for the bottom of your feet m?**
A: This should only be used for blemishes that have just started. It dries them up.

**Q: Can i use this for blackheads on my face?**
A: The short answer is yes. Benzoyl Peroxide reduces sebum production which leads to blackheads and whiteheads. Retinoids however are the best treatment for blackheads

All I can say is wow! I’ve used other brands’ benzoyl peroxide products and this is the one that really worked for me.
