I purchased a Large and it fits great. I did purchase a Med with the second and it fits perfect too. The bottoms are just a smidge tighter but when I got into the pool the material loosens up a little. But even with the Large it didn’t loosen up to wear it looks like you have a dumpy butt. I wear a size 7 jeans in juniors 8 in women’s. I have what I call my mommy pooch and this suit covers it up and makes me so comfortable wearing it. The top is secure and gets a little loose when wet but you can tighten it up from straps and tie the wrap tighter. I am a 36D and I am not falling out of it or anything.
