The bottom of the headband press is too hard behind your ears and leaves an indention. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best I have ever found for my hair and activity level during the day. *by D***R on Reviewed in the United States on June 3, 2020* These are the only headbands that don't slide or lose their place on my head over the course of the day.I have thick, heavy, curly hair - trying to find pony-tail ties and hairbands that work has been a life-long struggle. These are the best hairbands I have ever found. When I found them online - I purchased three pairs to make sure I have them available for a long time. The first one I purchased lasted a long time with everyday use.I was not able to find these at the store I initially purchased them from. I am happy to find them online.I am able to secure my hair in the morning, go through a full day of activity - looking up and down, and regular movement in my elementary classroom. I never have to adjust the band during the day.I use a light smoothing cream before I place the band in my hair, and the band does not mess up the style.The band sits far enough back on my head to keep the sides of my hair out of my face. It doesn't slide forward to make a big bump at the top of my head - people with think hair understand what this means.I place the band with the teeth toward the back of my head. I don't know if this is the "correct" way, but it's what works for me to hold my hair back far enough and and look the way I want it to.The ends near my ears don't get uncomfortable until many hours into the day, and they allow me to wear my eyeglasses at the same time.I highly recommend these bands. I had great luck with the first pair I purchased.
