This one seized up and wouldn’t work at all. It is extremely difficult to turn on and off even brand new. Even a plumber neighbor couldn’t get it to stop leaking, guess that’s why they give you plumbers tape cause they know you will need it even with brand new washers. I think it’s not made well. If you have any difficult with hand strength, this is NOT what you want. But if you are talking about using with a washing machine — I would get a splitter that is made specifically for use with washing machine. I’m not sure why you need one — most washing machine connections have one spigot for the hot, and one for the cold. I don’t get why you would need this. But water pressure going on and off could cause this to Mis-operate, fall apart etc and end up with flooded floors and damage a whole lot of stuff in your home etc. .
