The original format of the journal was much better. The spiral binding allowed the  pages to lay flat and so it was easy to write in. The paperback style binding on the newer version makes it very difficult to write in the blocks of the left pages.

"old School" type entry "write it down".  I have all types of apps that capture lots of info about my running but this allows me to write and recall what I have written.  Very useful.  Helpful hints although I would say you should probably buy Galloway's books if you really want to train under the Galloway method.
