Trader Joe's is the best, always! Have to go all the way to Indy now, no store in Lafayette, IN...but the once in a while trip is worth it! I miss you all at the original store, Hello!!!

it's hard to go wrong with trader joe's brand. I've used this brand for years, and recently turned a friend on to it. we made some keto fat bombs, and the cocoa powder worked (and tasted) great!

Glad to find cocoa powder. My grocery stores sells Dutch Ed cocoa powder or cacao powder. Thank you.

I used it to make hot cocoa. It mixed well and had a rich chocolate flavor.

Arrived damaged; covered in cocoa.

Bought it because it was on special. Baked with it , made chocolate sauce and made homemade hot coco mix.worked well in all applications. Don't know if it's worth full price.

This is a "milder" cocoa... I guess not being as processed as some it retains more of the goodies before they remove the cocoa butter, so it's less bitingly bitter than most cocoa which was what I need cuz I'm making chocolate with real raw cocoa butter. So this is perfect! It'd also be perfect for homemade cocoa mixes etc.For baking if you want a real dark chocolate flavor you may need to add more or use a more bitter cocoa.
