I was suffering from SEVERE, burning lower back pain, sciatica, and knee pain for decades and earlier today. I received these and put them inside some Ralph Lauren leather high top sneakers. The burning sensation stopped almost immediately. I kept walking around the house (I could not do this earlier) to make sure the pain was lessened. That's when I noticed the knee pain was gone too.I'm almost in disbelief. When I sit down, the pains creep back up so I'll be pacing all day. But these are amazing. Since I have flat feet, keeping my arches up is important. These insoles do just that. They were packaged well and kept their shape during shipping. They fit perfectly into my shoes, sizes ranging from 8.5-9.5, provide excellent support and are incredibly comfortable to wear. The only issue I had was when I tried to use them in my high heeled boots because I was able to feel the back edge when stepping down.
