Since I have flat feet, keeping my arches up is important. These insoles do just that. They were packaged well and kept their shape during shipping. They fit perfectly into my shoes, sizes ranging from 8.5-9.5, provide excellent support and are incredibly comfortable to wear. The only issue I had was when I tried to use them in my high heeled boots because I was able to feel the back edge when stepping down.
