I'm not sure what the higher priced brands can really add for the money. I have had the Confidence Pro for a week now and I can tell a difference in the way my back feels. I actually don't feel it much at all, and that's a good thing. I typically hang almost completely upside down for 5-10 minutes morning and night and it does the job. Much sturdier construction than I would have expected. The assembly instructions must have been improved since some of the other comments were written, because I had no trouble at all putting it together in less than an hour. I would recommend putting this in a room where it can stay set up all the time. It will fold up, but it doesn't get completely flat, so I wouldn't try storing it under a bed. This is a small price to pay for the benefits it provides. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Useful, well made, a space hog *by M***T on September 20, 2015* Don't use this as much as I expected, but it works well. A couple times it has helped me get everything back in alignment. I do not go full vertical upside down - but even at 45 degrees there is some serious force pulling your back into alignment. Getting back up could be easier but it is adjustable so that may be just my lack of attention to fine tuning it. Assembly not a snap, but not unreasonably difficult. One thing - it is large and not easily stored. Once it is assembled it is not going anywhere, so put it where you have the space and don't expect to put in a closet or fold up. This is as advertised so it isn't a complaint - but it is a factor. ### ⭐⭐⭐ I am satisfied, but would have preferred a higher quality one *by P***1 on December 29, 2015* Gets the job done. It's cheap and you can tell by the construction that it is. It has helped me decompress my back after a long day of waiting tables and loading and unloading trucks and vans.
