I've recently realized that grocery store coffee doesn't make me happy anymore, so I've upgraded my brewing to an Aeropress and pour over. This kettle is great for both! I love the thermometer on top so I can heat my water to exactly my desired temp, and it heats up really quickly. It isn't the least expensive but it's worth every penny! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for pourovers *by A***R on June 8, 2020* Likes: Easy to use, accurate pouring, thermometer keeps water temp right where I want it. It's a kettle. Performs as advertised.Dislikes: Smaller base is too small for the turbo burner on my gas stove, which results in a hot handle and/or residual water in the spout to shoot out like a volcano once the water starts boiling. A small piece of the plastic on the handle already broke off, presumably from too much direct heat. Both problems are solved by keeping the flame to no bigger than the base of the pot.
