This is a major design flaw and makes the product not worth buying. Plus the phone number for support that is listed with Amazon for KOIOS beginning in 855, does not ring to any customer service number and is some type of rebate offer to who knows what which is lowering this company to the level of a scam. I had a Breville that fell and broke so I got this because I wanted to try a masticating juicer instead of the centrifugal. My juice pulp is completely dry, and juices are vibriant.
