The size chart stated that it ran small, so according to the chart I ordered the 3X. A perfect fit, well made, nice edging all around sleeves and neck edge. I will be able to use this many ways starting on our Hawaii cruise in October over a Hawaiian floral print dress, can be used over turtlenecks,and all types of sleeves. I will get a lot of use out of it. You can drees it up or down.You will be please.
