They measure 15” from the top of the carabiner to the top of the bar. There is another 4” for the loop that holds the carabiner. My boys enjoyed them so much, I bought two more sets to up the difficulty.Note the hanging height depending on your ceiling and install. I installed them high enough that my kids could hang without their feet touching the ground.
