Product Description The Home Master Jr. F2 Elite Sinktop Water Filtration System delivers exceptional water purity with its advanced five-stage filter, which removes up to 93 percent of dirt and rust; soluble metals like fluoride, arsenic, lead, iron, mercury, copper, and aluminum; chemicals like chloramines, chlorine, VOCs, THMs, and many pharmaceuticals (microcontaminants) that create foul tastes and odors in your tap water. (Note that dissolved solids like calcium and magnesium minerals are not removed.) The Home Master Jr. F2 Elite uses its powerful catalytic carbon filtration media to treat the very persistent chemical disinfectant chloramine. Ordinary carbon filters are unable to effectively remove this stubborn contaminant that is now being deployed nationwide to replace chlorine. That's why the Home Master Jr. F2 Elite uses the more advanced carbon media known as catalytic carbon. What separates the Home Master Jr F2 Elite from the competition is its granular filters? Many granular filters suffer from a condition where the water bypasses the filtration media completely. A fully channeled and bypassed filter will look like the inside of an anthill, and a substantial amount of the water will pass through it unfiltered. The Home Master Jr. F2 Elite solves this problem by using compression disks, filling the filter cartridge completely, then installs compression disks at the inlet, outlet and between layers to ensure even filtration. Review: When you can't get a reverse osmosis system - Home Master makes great products. Tech support is also great. I used to have the artisinal reverse osmosis which is amazing, but for a small counter top model the water tastes great! Avoiding the fluoride and chloride chemicals is a bonus. Don't skip this one because of the issue in some of them. Just request the replacement and you will be as happy as I am. I love this filter.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When you can't get a reverse osmosis system

Home Master makes great products. Tech support is also great. I used to have the artisinal reverse osmosis which is amazing, but for a small counter top model the water tastes great! Avoiding the fluoride and chloride chemicals is a bonus. Because of the Amazon deal I got fluoride protection at the non fluoride model price. Not looking forward to changing the filter I read you need to call Home Master for a wrench and it is locked in pretty tight.

This is an absolutely wonderful filter for your tapwater. I was on well water for 25 years and moved to an area that had treated water that tasted like doo doo. This filter makes it so I can actually drink the water without being sick. The only reason I don't rate it a 5 star is that I had to do an exchange because the first one leaked. I had read other reviews about the issue and decided to take a chance. My first one was black and fit perfectly on the counter next to the sink, but I had to keep a towel under it for a small drip when it was being used. Within a week the drip became a stream and when I went to look at it the long metal nozzle that the water comes out of came off in my hand. It appeared to have been soldered or welded to another internal piece and it didn't hold. I did the request for a replacement and I got it within a couple of days. This one was white instead of the black one I wanted, but it worked. this one has no leak to it at all and has been great for all my needs. It works much better than the other one and the water even tastes better. This is an awesome filter and I would highly recommend it. Just be aware that there may be a flawed one occasionally and you may need to request a replacement before you get one that is perfect for you. Maybe they will get their production of that particular weld fixed in the future. It's such a silly and small thing. I can see how it would potentially be difficult to get that weld right. Don't skip this one because of the issue in some of them. Just request the replacement and you will be as happy as I am. I love this filter.

I am so excited to have pure, delicious water now! I did call the company with a couple of questions and THEY WERE SO HELPFUL AND NICE! It is a plus that they are in AZ and all parts are made in USA! I am in a small apartment, so an under-the-sink model was out of the question and space was an issue as well. It fits right on the back of the sink, so no counterspace used. Love it!
