    Proof Is in the Pudding but Looks Very Good

Light and fluffy. Has a good smell to it and so far (2weeks) NO fungus knats.EDIT: It confuses me. How would a supposedly 'biodinamic' compost filled with a diverse colony of biological activity be showing nitrogen deficiency in the first true leaves? Why does this bag of allegedly cow poop compost look so similar to a bag of retail planting mix complete with the same ratio of little white puffies that it is setting next to in my basement?
