Review: Gorgeous and easy to install! - Amazing! We purchased this for a bathroom that faces a walkway in our apartment complex. We wanted something that let us keep the blinds open during the day but gave us privacy and this did just that. It was super easy to install. It came with literally all the tools you needed and to install it. It’s not sticky by itself, so you definitely need to follow the instructions and use soapy water. The more the better. It doesn’t block a lot of light (we got the clear) but it does create a super cute rainbow effect with the light hits it. It does offer quite a bit of privacy though. We live in Arizona so the heat retention is minimal but still offers a little bit. It was easy to peel and install. I would highly recommend, especially for the price.
Review: Beautiful black holo effect, 100% blackout - Simple, Effective, Amazing!! - Great stuff - got the blackout version and it blocks the light 100% wherever you put it. Love it. I got a new monitor a few months back, and have a high half-moon shaped window directly behind me in my front door, which faces west, so the sun was always glaring in on my computer screen every day for the few hours before sunset (except on super cloudy or rainy days). I have extremely light sensitive eyes, and even though my monitor has a glare-free coating, the glare has been brutal and headache inducing. (Plus, the anti-glare coating on modern monitors is not all that fabulous honestly - I miss the truly matte monitors of old that didn't cost multiple thousands of dollars like they do now.) Since this stuff was a SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper solution than getting a crazy expensive new monitor, I ran with it and am so glad I did. It is pure black almost all the time. I do have daylight LED light bulbs for nighttime, and that's when the rainbows show up beautifully on the inside. I don't know how well the rainbow/holo coating would work with regular incandescent or fluorescent lighting but it definitely shows up with your normal daylight LED light bulbs on in the evening. Mine are 4500 temperature range, maybe 5000? They aren't the soft 2700 or 3000 warmer temp ones - those ones drive me batty because my eyes see everything as "dingy" with them - probably due to my eye issues. Anyway so yeah these are fabulous but the holo/rainbow effect requires good indoor lighting to see it. Otherwise, it's just solid black but it absolutely does it's job of blocking out 100% of the light!! So simple. So effective.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do we need to buy the tool kit? Or can we just use stuff we have at home?**
A: Totally didn't need a tool kit. I used a spray bottle I had with dish soap (for washing dishes by hand, not dishwasher soap) and water. Then to smooth the film out I used a credit card wrapped in a wash cloth.  I used a loose razor blade to trim. It was easy probably start to finish 20 minutes for one window, 2 panes of glass. Just have a couple rags at the ready to clean up water as it drips down. So easy!

**Q: Is it possible to remove the window film without any trace？**
A: Hi, thanks so much for your great question. The rainbow window film is static cling adhesive which means easy on and off, no glue & no trace left after removal and totally reusable.

**Q: I put them up yesterday and the corners are peaking up**
A: I‘m so sorry for this problem. Below are the tips:
1. Make sure all the backing film has been peeled off. Sometimes, the backing film doesn't come off in one large piece.
2. Clean the window really well including the corners. Use enough sudsy water on window to adjust placement and enough on the front and back side of the window film, then use a credit card or similar stiff plastic item and start in the middle then work your way to the outside by removing bubbles and excess water/soap. This way it moves the water/soap to the edges. 
3. If the edge is still curling up please soften the edges up by blowing hot air to the edge with a blow dryer.
when you feel the edge is nice and soft you can apply again and it will stick to the glass much better.

**Q: You can see out but not in? Especially for my two cats.**
A: Nothing is really seen unless say a cat is right next to the window then someone outside could see the cat decently but aside from that example you can't make out what anything farther away is, have tried with my own windows

High quality, and sticks fairly well. We used a few drops of dish soap and warm water in the spray bottle that was included. It looks great. We got it for privacy as we live in an apartment where half of the apartment is in the ground so others outside can easily see in. I also love how it produces mini rainbows all over the rooms when it's sunny out. Would buy again.
