After painting (acrylic) with these, I have to say they are an excellent set for the price! First I read other reviews and learned that the paint on the handles would wear off if I soaked the whole brush in water. Well I never do that anyway, so after a month, the handles on my brushes are still intact, no chipped paint. I read the instructions that came with the brushes and had to trim a few stray hairs but that was it. The bristles remain soft and glide smoothly as they did the first day I used them. The biggest plus is the case! I love the way it serves as a case and a brush stand. I was at Michaels craft store the other day and found the same brushes sold individually - some of them were as high as 9.50 each!! This set is definitely worth the value! I'm glad I found them here first! Review: very nice set (good value price per brush and good quality) and very good customer service - Just painted with these and I really like them. used them with acrylic. The array of brushes is nice. the case is very nice, like another reviewer said most won't use the case regularly but I think if I were going to take my brushes on a trip this would be a nice way to store them. but I think they will remain at the side of my easel. There was a very minor issue with my order and Rob the owner was really helpful. Not sure if he is an artist but I bet he is. Compared to comparable brushes locally bought I think these are a solid value. If you are considering them you have probably considered the individual prices of brushes. this is a solid set for a reasonable price. ## Features - PAINT BRUSH SET - 15 Synthetic Art Paintbrushes for Acrylic, Oil, Watercolour, Gouache and Plein Air - FREE BLACK HOLDER - Converts to Pop-up Stand - Convenient for Travel, Drying & Easy Access While Painting - RICH VARIETY - Luxurious Brush Selection - Fan, Filbert, Shader, Bright, Flat, Angle, Round and Rigger - RAZEREDGES - Anti-shedding Synthetic Hair That Comes to a Fine Razor Edge - LONG-HANDLES - For Better Balance and a Professional Feel and Look ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00JFUPO2K | | Best Sellers Rank | #759,953 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ( See Top 100 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ) #4,361 in Art Paintbrush Sets | | Brand | MyArtscape | | Brand Name | MyArtscape | | Bristle Type | Round, Flat, Angle, Filbert, Rake, Liner, Fan | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 357 Reviews | | Handle Type | long handle | | Item Weight | 500 g | | Manufacturer | MyArtscape | | Manufacturer Part Number | 700425645236 | | Material | Premium Taklon Hair | | Material Type | Premium Taklon Hair | | Model Number | MAS-100-LH-BLACK | | Paint Type | Ac | | Size | Large | | UPC | 700425645236 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Color:** Black - **Material:** Premium Taklon Hair - **Size:** Large - **Brand:** MyArtscape - **Bristle Type:** Round, Flat, Angle, Filbert, Rake, Liner, Fan ## Images ![MyArtscape Paint Brushes - 15 Pc Brush Set for Watercolor, Acrylic, Oil & Face Painting | Long Handle Artist Paintbrushes with Travel Holder (Black) with Gifting Box | Premium Art Supplies - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81XKv89VdQL.jpg) ![MyArtscape Paint Brushes - 15 Pc Brush Set for Watercolor, Acrylic, Oil & Face Painting | Long Handle Artist Paintbrushes with Travel Holder (Black) with Gifting Box | Premium Art Supplies - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71dCe2UrstL.jpg) ![MyArtscape Paint Brushes - 15 Pc Brush Set for Watercolor, Acrylic, Oil & Face Painting | Long Handle Artist Paintbrushes with Travel Holder (Black) with Gifting Box | Premium Art Supplies - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81OwKOq1rnL.jpg) ![MyArtscape Paint Brushes - 15 Pc Brush Set for Watercolor, Acrylic, Oil & Face Painting | Long Handle Artist Paintbrushes with Travel Holder (Black) with Gifting Box | Premium Art Supplies - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81RTyUNrefL.jpg) ![MyArtscape Paint Brushes - 15 Pc Brush Set for Watercolor, Acrylic, Oil & Face Painting | Long Handle Artist Paintbrushes with Travel Holder (Black) with Gifting Box | Premium Art Supplies - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81l6TrfwwuL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Are these brushs vegan? Meaning free of any and all animal products. I noticed a comment about an allergic reaction to possibly shellfish or finfish.** A: Hi Jennifer,We're sorry that your question wasn't answered immediately. We're not sure about the allergic reaction comment, but our brushes definitely have Korean Taklon synthetic brush hairs. Taklon has no protein component or allergen elements and are also actually being used on cosmetic brushes.Hope this helps.Kate | MyArtscape Team **Q: Nice looking paint brush set, but what are the sizes and lengths of the brushes?** A: Thank you for your question. Here are the sizes for the brushes. 3/0 - #2 Script Liner (Rigger), 2/0 - #2 Round, 0 - #4 Fan, 1 - #8 Round, 2 - 2/5" Flat Shader, 3 - #12 Round, 4 - 1/2" Flat Shader, 5 - 1/2" Bright Shader, 6 - 1/2" Flat Shader, 7 - 5/8" Angle Shader, 8 - 1/2" Flat Shader, 9 - 3/4" Bright Shader, 10 - 3/4" Angle Shader, 11 - 3/4" Flat Shader, 12 - 3/4" Filbert Shader, The length of the handle is approximately 12" (from the bottom to the top of the hairs). We are currently working on improving the selection and removing some of the redundancy. Rob / Owner, MyArtscape **Q: I am bit concerned about the length of these, I am looking to do customs on vinyl figures that range from 4-6 inches, would I have issues with this?** A: Bristle length is appx 3/4 inches (varies by brush) on these brushes... Overall length is appx 11 3/4 per brush... Nice brushes, smooth action, and clean up well with oils... I'm a happy customer, will buy them again. **Q: The sizes of the brushes from answer 10/14/2014 don't match the list of brushes included in the package under specifications. Can you update this ???** A: The brushes were an item on her wish list. I purchased them and she was very happy with them. She is involved in a painting group and plans on using them. I personally don't remember the brush sizes, just that they were what she wanted. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ No regrets. *by J***R on September 2, 2015* I was excited to get this set of brushes but was wary of the quality because of the price. The seller wrapped the set in a box with a lovely ribbon and a note thanking me for my order, something I did not expect, but I appreciated very much; that personal touch made opening the box even more exciting as this was a present from me to me! Specific instructions on how to first care for these brushes and thereafter are quite helpful since I am a novice. Beautiful set wrapped with a lovely ribbon and a thank you note! I felt like I received a present...and the instructions about how to care for the brushes are very helpful as well. ## Frequently Bought Together - MyArtscape Paint Brushes - 15 Pc Brush Set for Watercolor, Acrylic, Oil & Face Painting | Long Handle Artist Paintbrushes with Travel Holder (Black) with Gifting Box | Premium Art Supplies - Winsor & Newton Winton Oil Color Paint, Starter Set, 10 x 37ml Tubes, 1.25 Fl Oz (Pack of 10) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/1865422-myartscape-paint-brushes-15-pc-brush-set-for-watercolor-acrylic](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/1865422-myartscape-paint-brushes-15-pc-brush-set-for-watercolor-acrylic) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
