Review: Not a perfect fit - These came with bolts that don't work at all with the M109R (2008). You will have to thread out the holes that you are suppose to use the bolts in due to the fact that one of the coolant hoses is completely blocking the other end of the hole for the bolt. You don't want the bolt to be moving up and down against the hose. You will have to go to the hard wear store to get the bolts that you will need.

These came with bolts that don't work at all with the M109R (2008). I can bend these forward and backward with my hands. The part that actually connects to the bike is a little .120" thick tab with one bolt through it. Not going to do anything for a crash, can't even mount highway pegs to it.
