They were all useful in helping me overcome some health set backs in the spring. I no longer use this or their Vitamin C product and have found the Lypo-Spheric GSH the most useful an am continuing with that one. I tried drinking some sweet iced tea to chase it with, and it does nothing. I'm even burping the flavor up. I have no idea about if this stuff is actually going to be good for me. I came back to Amazon to see if anyone has any tips on how to get this stuff down. Now I have a whole box, and I'd really like to get the health benefits, but I don't think I can take any more.
