The wood finish in the picture is not the exact same color as show, however that wasn't a big issue. When received, the guitar's first volume knob did not work. Ended up having to open the back to resolider both the pickup positive and negative wires back to the knob's pot. Other than that, the bass sounds great, and looks great. Intonation was on the dot, only other thing that was slightly wrong was the E tuner was tilted a bit to much and made it hit the B tuner on initial tune up, but otherwise was great after a few touch-ups.Good Buy, yet cheap enough to deal with for a long run. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good body, straight neck, excellent pick-ups and bridge, sub-par pots. A real value if you have a a luthier handy to swap out the tone and volume pots. It cost me $75 to put in top of the line pots. I'd put this bass up against one costing 3 times as much for sound and playability. I also put flat-wound strings on it for $35 (DX) and they sound great and play with a clean, creamy tone. Do the math and with a little effort, you have a great instrument for those songs that need that bottom B string. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You get way more than you pay for. *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States on December 10, 2017* I saw the price and decided I really was just going to buy this to have a 5 string to get the job done and maybe do some modding with until I could afford a better one. Turned out to be a beast straight out of the box. Everything was perfectly set up; no need to adjust the truss rod, action or intonation. The sound was phenomenal and the playability easily made this thing worth 4x what I paid.
