This particular journal book is a helpful tool to inspire personal thoughts, and to nurture the believer's relationship with the LORD and with others. I highly recommend journaling in the Jesus Freaks' Journal-book; as it provides Scriptural references, along with historical professions of unwavering faith to help encourage and motivate believers in their walk with Jesus. It also instigates interaction with the reader/writer in offering  occassional "Thought Starters" to assist in the exploration of personal faith/ beliefs and journaling process of anyone searching and seeking to gain a better understanding of the LORD, His people, and themselves.
