I have no issue with the loss of the ziplock bag, but the plastic hard case really helps when traveling with the CPAP. DME providers, from my view, sold out of the old product several months ago. These third-party vendors now appear to be running out of the product in the old packaging, as I found out with my February 2019 order. **Q: How can I know what hose this will fit?** A: Hello, all CPAP hoses except for the AirMini Tubing is compatible with any mask. **Q: OK there r 2 different backs, circle and triangle, which is this one** A: This one is the triangle. And no insurance issues. I end up paying for my supplies anyway because i never reach my deductable so why not save some money?I use the wisk mask and headgear and have for 7 -8 years now. Cant use full face because lip/mouth would dry out painfully if i did. Sometimes when u sleep, the mask can open on the side blowing air into your eye (if side sleeper like me) but easy fix. Unhook the air hose, pull the mask away from your face a tiny bit, then reseat and clip hose back to mask. Takes 2-3 seconds and done. Back to sleep.They say to replace every 30 days but i sometimes go 6-7 weeks. You can "feel" when it becomes too soft and needs changing. Thats when it becomes more prone to loosening the seal. Shake out any moisture in the morning and let air dry. I wash once a week and have never had a problem. Never any sinus infection etc.IMO, the best mask on the market. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Original Respironics nose mask in Respironics sealed envelope. *by R***T on August 27, 2017* This Appears to be a genuine Respironcs WISP nasal nose cone for a CPAP machine in a sealed, original Respironics packaging. Picture 1 shoes this XL nose cone (left) beside my old one that has several years of use on it (right). As you can see, they are almost identical except the old one is a bit discolored after being washed once a week with Dawn dishwashing liquid for those years. The old one also appears slightly broader, but I think that is due to the physical stretching of the silicone rubber after the many hundreds of hours of use. In any case, this new nose cone works exactly the same as my original one as far as I can tell after 2 weeks' use. I needed the XL size and this fit perfectly.Picture 2 shows both an old Wisp headband in its original blister pack, a new headband I just bought that is simply shipped in a labeled bag, and on the right is an old Wisp nose cone in its original packaging that included a plastic blister and this new Wisp nose cone that was simply shipped in a labeled bag. My conclusion is that Phillips Respironics has moved from theold plastic-blister type of packaging to a simple labeled plastic bag that would produce much less plastic waste, but that is my opinion.Finally, the hissing mentiined by one reviewer has also occassionally happened to me, so when it happened again, I systematiccally changed nose cones and then the short 12" white plastic tube to see if they were causing it, After both switches failed to stop the hissing, I finally washed all the sweat off my face around my nose as well as washing the nose cone. THAT finally stopped the hissing. You can also stop the hissing by tightening down the WISP head straps really tight, but that can cause a headache. So my recommendation is to be careful to keep your facial skin clean and dry, and also wash and dry the nose cone for maximum adherence, and then use the LEAST possible headband pressure to avoid air leaks while sleeping at night.
