I have been suffering with deferred knee pain due to a fallen arch. I didn't want to have foot surgery and have been using ankle and knee braces with no relief. Whole searching for athletic tape I stumbled upon a video for Dynamic tape and decided to give it a try. As I am allergic to latex I was pleased that there is no latex in this product. The product came very quickly and I applied it to my foot. Instantly I felt how it held my ankle in place. I haven't been able to wear regular shoes because the brace was so bulky. So now using the tape my ankle is stable and the knee pain has basically disappeared! What a great product!
