I'm constantly making a mess, getting sticky hands from spilling coffee and having to use tissues whilst out and about. Sometimes you need a wetwipe to tackle the job but I didn't want to carry a huge pack of wet wipes with me. The design is very clever. There is a silicone stopper on the bottom to keep the compressed tissues in and you fill it with water from the top.
