For increased ease and accuracy the laser pointer makes aiming even more precise. Measuring repetitiveness:≤±0.2°C Measuring precision:Lab:±0.2°C,within measuring range 35.0°C-42.0°C and under environment temperature 10-40°C. Measuring Range: Body temperature: 32°C-42°C(89.6°F - 107.6°F) Surface temperature: 5.0°C - 80.0°C(41.0°F - 176.0°F) Relative humidity: ≤85% Power: DC3V(AAA*2) Measure time: 1 second Quick start instruction 1. open battery door,install battery correctly. Press the button, LCD display reading ＆ battery icon.Release the button and the reading will hold for 7 seconds. Cautions Infrared thermometer should be protected for the following: -- EMF (electro-magnetic fields) from arc welders,induction heaters. -- Thermal shock(caused by large or abrupt ambient temperature changes,allow 1 hours for unit to stabilize before use). -- Do not leave the unit on or near high temperature objects. -- Do not hold the button for long time, or it will be calibration mode.
