After months of insomnia from rhuematoid arthritis, migraines, and fibromyalgia pain that's seen me in the ER twice in one month- on top of my father's and dog's snoring- I almost immediately fell asleep sitting on the edge of my bed. My eyes shut and I started to fall over. Sadly it's 3pm and I still have things to do, so I had to take them out.I have children size ears and disposable ear plugs cause the out side of my ear canal to split, once it actually started bleeding in the middle of the night, and they bruise the inside. They suck at my ear drums which is excruciating, and they don't even block out my dad's lawnmower snores. Not to mention they fall out after a while.
