Review: Not a Cardamom Connoisseur but, I'm Loving This - I've tried maybe three or four brands of Cardamom, the not Black version. They all tasted great, none of them leagues ahead of the other, just all wonderful. This is my first try with the Black, and its...a little different. Yet, it's all Cardamom. This has more... I want to say, it's earthy. But, not like how say, Sage, is earthy. I has a, presence to it, yet, it blends well with the regular suspects, recipe-wise. I might stick to just this for a while. Really get to understand how it's different and how to use that, better. As far as the product as product, it's excellent. I've become a big fan of Rani spices. I love they are a smaller family owned operation, who makes no apology spices. Genuine, and quality!

A: Black Cardamom is a smoked green Cardamom. If you have never used it, why did you buy it. I use it all the time and it tastes like it should.
