**Q: are they made of stainless steel??**
A: Not sure but I love themU can turn. Them over and use them for cooling racks

**Q: OK it says that these racks are 16" X 13" X 15".  Can somebody post the real size of the racks?**
A: What I measured was 15" long x 11 1/8" wide x 7/8" high. They work great in my Bradley Smoker as I put them upside down on top of the main Bradley racks and you instantly double your smoking capacity.

**Q: Will these racks work in a Materbuilt 30" smoker?**
A: The dimensions of the rack is 15" by 11". I don't own a master built smoker so I don't know if they will fit inside.

**Q: Besides the raised sides, what's the difference between these and cookie cooling racks?**
A: There really is no other difference, in fact cookie sheets should work fine if you have the right size

Great racks at a great price. Sturdy, stackable and easy to clean. (Just soak in soapy water and brush.)I smoke meats just about every-other weekend. Pork, beef, chicken, goat. Also mac&cheese and anything else I can think of. These racks make transporting my projects to and from the smoker simple and easy. If you have an extra heavy piece of meat (say a large brisket), just stack two together and you are set.Yes, I recommend this product.

These worked great as I was alder smoking steelhead in my Bradley smoker and It had doubled the coverage for smoking fish. Also, during our family bake day they came in really handy for cookie cooling racks.
