## Description

One 54-fluid-ounce container of Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

Review: Great extra virgin coconut oil!!!🥥 - I love this coconut oil! 🥥 It’s extra Virgin and cold pressed so quality is top notch! It’s also very aromatic and pleasant to use. Coconut oil is so versatile and can be used for a lot of things! I use this for oil pulling and my teeth have become whiter and stronger! You can also use it on your skin as it’s super moisturizing and soothing. Overall, it’s something that I’ll keep buying!
Review: I love the scent and flavor! - I've only been using this desertcart Grocery Organic Virgin Coconut Oil (54 oz) for a few days, but I'm already hooked! First off, the rich coconut aroma hits you the moment you twist off the lid – it's fresh and authentic, exactly what I expect from a good virgin oil. In the kitchen it's been fantastic: I sautéed veggies and fried eggs with it, and everything picks up that light, tropical flavor without being too strong. High smoke point, no splattering, and it leaves the pan easy to clean. As a body moisturizer it's even better than I hoped. I slather it on right after a shower while my skin is still damp, and it soaks in quickly with zero greasy feel. My elbows and heels (which are usually like sandpaper this time of year) are noticeably softer already. The surprise winner so far: flea repellent for my dog. I rubbed a small amount (about a teaspoon or so) into her coat, focusing on her back and neck, and the fleas absolutely hate it. She's been flea-free for three days now with no scratching, and she smells faintly like a piña colada. Win-win. For the price and the huge 54-ounce jar, it's an insane value. USDA Organic + Non-GMO verified is just icing on the cake. I'll definitely be buying this again when I run out (which will take forever at this size). Super impressed so far – easy 5 stars!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Under “ingredients” it says “organic refined coconut oil” under “about this item” it says cold-pressed, unrefined coconut oil" which is it?**
A: It organic, unrefined, virgin, and cold-pressed. All 4 of those adjectives apply. It is NOT "refined", which is a good thing.

**Q: Is the plastic container BPA free?**
A: the more important question to ask is if this is BPA free & is made from plastic then what is it replaced with? You need to do research in terms of inferior plastics, just bc it's BPA free doesn't mean it is safe bc they just replaced the "A" w something else far far worse liek BPS or BPF. Sure they get to tell you it's BPA free but until you find out what kind of plastic it is made from you're being fooled.

**Q: Is the container plastic or glass?**
A: Plastic

**Q: Is this flavorless? I need a coconut oil that doesn't taste or smell like coconut.**
A: There are two types of coconut oil, refined CO has less coconut flavor. Virgin unrefined CO has the coconut flavor. Besides the flavor refined has a higher cooking temp 400° versus 350°.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Quality, Great Taste & So Versatile — Fantastic Value!
*by A***K on December 2, 2025*

This coconut oil has quickly become one of my favorite everyday essentials. The quality is outstanding — it looks clean, pure, and has a fresh taste that is noticeably better than other brands I’ve tried. For the price, the amount you get is incredibly worth it, especially considering how versatile it is. I use it both in the kitchen and as part of my skincare routine. When applied to my face, it melts beautifully into the skin and leaves it feeling soft, hydrated, and healthy without any greasiness. I also love that it stays perfectly solid at room temperature but softens easily in warm environments, making it really easy to work with. Everything about this coconut oil gives a premium impression, from its smooth texture to its naturally pleasant aroma. It has truly exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely continue purchasing it going forward. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a trustworthy, multi-use coconut oil that delivers both excellent value and high performance!
