My tank has lost some pressure, about 10 psi over 5 days on an 80-gallon tank, but it could be coming from external threads located elsewhere on the tank. this is actually the second valve I bought; the first one was damaged while I was tightening up the check valve. Due to the softer brass metal, I should have installed a 3/4" plug in the top of the check valve while tightening up on it.
