Great product
Very good product. Easy to read workouts for different areas of the body.

Nice product for pushups
Great bit of home exercise kit and for the price I paid being under ÂŁ30 I can't complain it's sad to see the price is sky rocketing during this time but I would recommend the product to anyone

Reasonable for push ups but there are cheaper alternatives
Reasonable product but not worth the price. Instruction leaflet has exercises and pictures of a board which is different from the one supplied and there is mismatch between written instructions and pictures. The resistance band does not have enough resistance to do something meaningful. However certainly good for push ups. Calling it 13 in 1 would be an overstatement though.

Scam
The exact same item with the same images are on wish for ÂŁ10 which is what this item is worth. Very week and unsteady have seen cheaper versions around which are more durable please avoid this item and seller has they are making a huge profit which is a shame in particular with the current pandemic which is affecting so many people stay safe x

Handles aren't as wide apart as I would have liked.
I didn't know until I received the board that its maximum load bearing was 100kgs. Not to good for me as I weigh 105kg.

It's okay?
This isn't a bad product by any means, however.. sometimes I found when I placed the grips on certain angles one of them would slip out of the "secure holes" therefore leading me to break form and risk injury.. the grips can be placed in numerous different places as to train different parts of your chest/back/ triceps but they are not secure enough in my opinion.. maybe I was one of the unlucky few though.. also there are no grips on the base so you need to use this on either a mat or on carpet.. I will keep using it but it didn't blow me away

Versatile but attention to the uncomfortable handler
Very good for working different types of muscles . The handler is uncomfortable, in plastic with no protective material to attenuate the body pressure and protect your palms.

Not good for me
Two stars foe quick refund. Unfortunately item did not meet my expectations as one of the handle was not properly fitting and was loos,so not safe for use while exercising, so was returned straight away
