However, it's a massive roll which will last a very long time. I used it to line a 2lb loaf tin (crushing it up first before lining, no cut corners as didn't want any leakage into the tin), to make a mini lasagne for 2. This paper worked perfectly as I lifted it out intact, before dividing it. The paper didn't rip as I scraped the bits off with a small palette knife...this is indeed an ultimate test! Will definitely buy again, but that'll be a long while yet. 16-02-22 update: I've noticed that this paper has gone up in price since my purchase, so I'm glad that I bought it when I did. However, when I run out, will probably buy it again, because it is fabulous baking paper! I use it in my loaf tins when bread making and I've used the same lining at least 4-5 times, before I need to replace it. It's also fairly resistant to a hot grill before it starts to singe...well worth it in my opinion : ) Review: Best out there in my opinion. - Fantastic quality baking paper comes in a really sturdy box with an excellent metal cutter.
