It looked hard and not that comfortable.When the box arrived, it was very well packaged and very easy to put together. For someone who has problems hanging curtain rods, I had it put together, by myself, in about 30 minutes.I was very surprised on the luxury feel of the chair. It wasn't hard and it was very comfortable. It also has a nice modern look to it. My wife sat in the chair and demanded that I order her one as well.It has now been 3 months with the chair and its held up very well and is still very comfortable.
