He has trouble doing steps. I thought these would be perfect for him. They were NOT! Fabric is WAY to slippery, and the space between the pieces is WAY to big for little feet. I've had for about a week, and he just has trouble. I decided that I wasn't going to spend that kind of money on a ramp he might break a leg on when he falls between the pieces, so I put in for a return. They will only take returns if the boxes have NEVER been open!! Really?? Not even a return with a small "restock" fee!! Please KNOW EXACTLY what is going to work for your animal before ordering this product, as this company is more into making money, than having a happy customer!!EDIT!!!!!! I'm giving these stairs a 5 star!!!! All my dogs love them and learned to use them. The removal covers clean up nicely.
