First things first, the loops, are ok, they're not horrible but they aren't the best. They will annoy you, but most of them do. I just want to flag that the material is thinner than the others ones I have. If I have to pick between the loops, I'd try others.Now, the slides. Let me tell you, they are a piece of cheap bad plastic.1. I know I'm out of shape, but bruh, these slides suck. They broke the second time I used them, wtf! I wasn't even planning on using them for that often. I'm lazy!2. They are way smaller than the ones used on the beachbody workouts. How do I know? I am size 6 in shoes, and it barely fits half my feet. Autumn Calabrese is a bigger shoe size (yea, I'll follow her on Instagram, ok?) And it almost fits her whole fit.3. The original slides have a little side so YOU CAN ACTUALLY REST YOUR FOOT while working out. These slides are frustrating. I just keep sending the slides to the other side of the room.TLTR: I'm super cheap but these cheap @$$ slides were a waste.
