I sauteed them in garlicky soy sauce until dry then finished in a bit of sesame oil until trips were crisp and wow, savory and delicious!! It really works. Next I will try with berebere spice or curry. It might be a bit pricey for one package but they are hand picked in the forest so, totally worth it!!!
