Review: Glad I got these! - I'm an older guy who loves life and so exercises everyday to maintain health and the ability to do all the things I want to do. One of the things I do is weight lift and I do this at home. For the last 5 years I've been using a list of the lifts I want to do that is/was printed on a 8x11 sheet of paper and so would have to put my glasses on to read the next lift. Not any more! These things are awesome. Big enough to read without glasses and even better, with them being laminated I can make notations on them with a dry erase marker. Wish I had gotten these a long time ago. They may not have every lift listed but the ones they have are more than adequate for the average person and for the one's that are not listed that you like to do, just write it down on the poster. Glad I got these and well worth the price. John
