Order your regular size. Do not be discouraged when trying to put them on for the first time. The leather is super stiff, it took me a while to put them on the first time, but once I finally got them on they're the perfect fit. A couple more wears and they'll be easy to get into. Very comfortable bumpy lining inside, a soft, but sturdy heel, and the quality of the work is amazing. I think I'll be able to wear them to work without hurting my feet (I mostly stand).UPDATE! It's been 10 months since I've order these and they have been worn through. I wore these almost every day, with over a mile a day of walking, and then mostly standing at work. They survived through a Chicago winter. My feet stayed comfortable the entire time. Absolutely worth the price for the amount of abuse they went through.I am ordering a replacement pair.
