I claimed that while that tablet wasn't as good as my Samsung that it was replacing, it was okay for the money. Well, six months into the warranty and the unit has stopped connecting to Wi-Fi. I tried all of the helpful tips supplied by the Lenovo help page and I went through the forums but nothing worked. I was even going to do a factory reset but I couldn't even get that to work. I have tried for over a week to get help from Lenovo customer service. There is no phone number listed to call, you must fill out a service request form. I have done this four times already and still no response from the department. I have six month left on my warranty and I'm beginning to believe that I will need all that time to get some satisfaction. I have been buying on the Internet for more than twenty-five years and this has been, without a doubt, the worse Company I've ever dealt with. So far these have done a great job at protecting the tablets. They may not have the sheen and OMG Brand of otter-box but they do just as well of a job. The fit is snug. The only downfall is the rubber can be a lil loose but its easily reinserted and my boys never complain about it.
