I received the order with no problem. The phone was installed in a church elevator. In November I noticed that the phone was not working. I checked out the phone and called AA Communications and expressed my problem with the phone. The AA rep was told what was going on with phone. He told me he would put a new phone in the mail. Very nice man and took care of my problem. The replacement phone was sent to me at no cost. I installed the new phone and it works great. I began to troubleshoot the old phone and got it to working. I called AA Comunications back and told them what happened with the first phone and offered to pay him for the replacement phone. He said, " You do not owe me anything, just keep the new phone as under warranty." I offered to pay shipping and he declined. Keep the phone and thanks for contacting AA Communications. I wanted desertcart to know I was very pleased with AA Communications for standing behind their product.
