I have one filled with avocado oil and the other with water. The oil spray is great for meal prep and really limiting/controlling the amount of oil used (they claim 0.35mL per spray, I haven't measured it). I believe it also reduces waste, since oil isn't getting on other containers or on your hands, and then just being washed away. It sprays a thin even layer of oil on meats or vegetables, rather than the time and mess of spreading by hand. It's great for laying down a little oil in an air fryer basket. The water sprayer I use mostly when baking, to increase the steam inside a Dutch oven. The nozzles turn 90 degrees, so you can have them fan out horizontally or vertically. The mist is generally pretty fine, sometimes it's a bit inconsistent but for the price, no complaints. I was between these two smaller ones and the large version. These fit better in my cabinet. If you're doing a lot of meal prep, then obviously the larger one may be better for you.
