The teriyaki type is much softer than the peppered. Must be the process that makes it that way, I have no idea but it's really good. The ingredient list isn't too crazy either. The more ingredients generally the more questionable I find the product. I like em!!

Nice to have a snicky snack arrive in my Amazon delivery. These are tasty but addictive. Try em and you’ll like them.

Kippered peppered beef is really good. Noticed difference as far as peppery-ness (if that's a word) between orders. Kippered beef is basically thicker, chewy beef jerky. Will buy again.

These's are very tasty. Unfortunately high in sodium and potassium which I must limit but I sure enjoy them. Just have to eat about half of one stick at a time

A favorite snack here. Tender, flavorful and typically comes fresh with plenty of time on the expiration date - and when opened, likely won't last long!

Haven't had any kind of beef snacks for awhile but got a hankering for some. Thought I had bought the Old Trapper's jerky strips, these steaks are just as good or better. Glad I made the mistake. Get some..

The beef steak strips tasted fine, but you can get better price per once just going with the trapper's choice jerky. It also tastes the same.
