    Bidet ok, fitting total garbage

*by T***. on Reviewed in the United States on April 24, 2020*

The bidet itself seems ok. It's only been installed for a few days (shipping took forever) but they seem to work ok. I'm a little worried if the plastic will hold up; time will tell. The fittings for the water connection however are utter garbage. I bought 2 of these and one's fittings are worse than the other, but both are really bad. They are made of very cheap thin flexible plastic with horrible tolerances that do not have any strength and do not hold. Just like a walmart brand plastic water bottle lid, the threads just skip and are weak, so cannot hold the moderate water pressure we have (60psi).Nothing had held up to prevent leaks from the garbage fittings. Shane on you for selling such junk.

So clean will always have one

*by D***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 31, 2020*

Ordered in March but arrived in May. I imagine the delay was due to the covid 19 debacle. Installed easily and is currently functioning well. I do have concerns over possible leakage as time passes. I suspect the tubing will loosen with age and the water pressure. So I do recommend having this installed on toilets that are regularly used. Would not recommend for a spare or infrequently used bathroom.

    Lasted more than 3 years

Finally failed, connections rotted out inside the controls.
